This procurement exercise is restricted to those electricity suppliers who are currently able to supply electricity under these tariffs to properties in Northern Ireland, as identified by those suppliers who, by the tender deadline, hold the appropriate license from the Northern Ireland Utility Regulator. No other supplier, energy broker or consultant will be considered eligible to tender for this supply of electricity.
