. NIE Networks seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation onto a framework for the Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Mini Pillars and Underground Distribution Boxes. The contract shall cover services and works ranging from inspection and report on the condition of Mini Pillar Units and Underground Distribution Boxes up to and including major repairs.

Options: The framework will initially be established for a period of 5 years with an option, exercisable entirely at the discretion of the contracting Entity and subject to the terms of the Framework Agreement, to extend by a further optional three(3) year period, with a total [potential option of eight (8) years.
