This includes the recent efforts made by the Government of Colombia in the incorporation of regulatory elements that promote and facilitate the participation of women-led companies and enterprises in public procurement. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The supplier will need to meet the following essential criteria: - The project will be fully delivered in Spanish (activities, deliverables and reports) - Some of the technical elements of the proposals and supporting documentation must be submitted in Spanish or both English and Spanish (tbc) but the selection questionnaire and commercial response in English. - Supplier must have experience on/be familiar with: public procurement in Colombia, reviewing legal /regulatory procedures, audit and compliance procedures, and capacity building/training. Activities: - Develop methodology and material (toolkit) based on legally defined procedures and other inputs - Piloting the training and adjusting methodology and material based on the pilot results - Training beneficiaries: AGO and Control Offices - Training AGO specialised team for them to replicate the training afterwards Additional information: At this stage, FCDO seeks expression of interest in participating in the early market engagement. Non-participation in this event will not be taken into account in any future procurement.
