The Role of Security within Anchor Hanover The responsibility for information security lies within the IT Operations function at Anchor Hanover and are responsible for the following ? Defining an overall security strategy and implementing it ? Defining security policies and ensuring they are applied ? Assessment of proposed new systems and services to ensure they comply with IT security standards ? Monitoring the IT estate to identify activities or patterns that could indicate a security or data breach and respond to them ? Understand the implications of new and emerging threats and identify appropriate mitigations Managed Security Service Project There isn?t a dedicated Information Security Officer role at Anchor Hanover and the management of security is within the scope of the IT Operations team.
