## Notice

The Contractor will be responsible for programmed works and additional ad-hoc provision. Contractors are expected to have local knowledge and experience to carry out programmed swathe, visibility and hedge cutting on predominately rural roads to the time periods set out in this Contract. The contract award is for an initial term of five years, with up to 36 months of extensions available.
