Responses should include: * A design of a motor /generator dynamometer test stand which is able of delivering 5MW at 15-20krpm including a DC supply for a unit under test in the voltage range of 1-3kV and maximum test stand power. * A delivered operational test stand that either meets the specific requirements or forms part of an operational test stand with the capacity to be simply upgraded to meet or exceed the full design requirement at a later dateObjectives: * Establish a contract which agrees quality, price, delivery timescales, installation schedul
