Construction to include but not limited to, infrastructure, dry recyclates building, weighbridges, landscaping, utilities, offices, carparks, vehicle sheds, workshops etc. Tender documents estimated to be issued to the market in September/October 2021 via an Open Tender Procedure with construction work commencing on site in April 2022, under the SBCC Standard Building Contract with Quantities 2016, with a contract period of 12 months. There will be a phased handover to allow elements of the works to become operational to Dumfries and Galloway staff and public.
