## Summary

The North East Lincolnshire Council is inviting tenders for the position of Development Manager for the Future High Street Project, which aims to enhance the town centre with a leisure-led scheme that includes a new market hall and a cinema. This open procurement process is currently active and is taking place in North East Lincolnshire. The tender period is set to close on 1st October 2021, with the contract expected to commence on 15th November 2021 and run until 31st December 2025. The project has a budget of £550,000 and seeks a qualified consultant to manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with the design team, adhering to project deadlines and cost constraints.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses in the development consultancy and construction management sectors to contribute to a high-profile urban revitalisation project. Companies with experience in building consultancy services, particularly those skilled in handling complex projects within budget and timeline constraints, would be well-positioned to compete. Engaging in this project not only supports the regeneration of North East Lincolnshire but also allows firms to showcase their expertise and potentially secure future contracts in the region.
