JEMMA will be relied upon by the Ministry of Defence and their supporting contractors to rapidly identify the location, quantity, configuration and mission-readiness of all its land-based equipment, and increasingly those supporting operations at sea. This system will be key in the management of equipment activity and tasking with detailed focus on through life maintenance activities, as well as connecting the supply chain and other MOD logistics systems on which the UK's Armed Forces equipment rely. JEMMA must be able to support rapid, insightful and cost-effective decision making to ensure the sustainment of UK defence global operations.
