Wealden's Private Sector Housing service is completely separate to the Environmental Health Shared Service and more details are available in Appendix 6. The Council reserves the right to award each lot to different providers.The lead authority is looking to award up to a 5 (five) year contract for solutions as outlined in this tender document.
