These works will typically be undertaken one flat at a time rather than multiple flats simultaneously. The contract term is three years with the possibility of a two year extension.

Housing 21 intends to operate this contract alongside our larger scale complete scheme refurbishment programme. Under this contract kitchens and / or shower rooms will be replaced predominately in void properties but also in occupied flats where required. These works will typically be undertaken one flat at a time rather than multiple flats simultaneously. Generally, this opportunity will focus on kitchen and shower room installations. However, there may be instances when void works are requested during the contract term (void works may include decorations, electrical and gas tests, renewing electrical accessories, cleaning, minor joinery works and repairs). The contract term is three years with the possibility of a two year extension.

Renewal: The contract term is three years with the option for a 24 month extension.
