## Summary

The Common Services Agency, commonly known as NHS National Services Scotland (NSS), is seeking providers for Workforce Specialist Services, aimed at delivering confidential assessment and treatment services for regulated health and social care staff in Scotland. This procurement is classified under counselling services and falls within the services category. It was initiated on 6th September 2021, and the initial contract period will run for 10 months from 1st December 2021, with an option for extension up to 24 months. This tender presents significant growth opportunities for businesses specialising in mental health services, particularly those offering treatment and support for regulated professionals facing challenges such as addiction or mental illness.
