## Summary

Buckinghamshire Council is conducting a public procurement process titled "Hospital Discharge and Community Support Service," aiming to secure a provider for health and social work services within the UKJ13 region. The procurement is currently in the active tender stage, with the closing date for submissions set for midday on 8th October 2021. The contract is set to commence on 1st April 2022, lasting for two years, with the possibility of extending for an additional two periods of twelve months. Businesses equipped to provide innovative and efficient support mechanisms to ensure a safe return to home for service users will be well-suited to compete. Companies keen to delve into this sector should register with the Buckinghamshire Business Portal and participate in the upcoming virtual market engagement event scheduled for 15th September to gain further insight into the Council's requirements.

## Notice

The contract start date will be 01/04/2022 for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months. The annual budget is capped at PS284,435. Any bids that exceed the cap will be disqualified from the procurement process.
