The service must be delivered from a care home, accessible by car or public transport, with a journey time no greater than 10 minutes from the centre of Hartlepool. For the purposes of this tender, the centre of Hartlepool has been determined to be post code area TS24 8AY. The care home must be registered with the Care Quality Commission for the provision of respite support to people with learning disabilities and rated "Good" or "Outstanding".
