## Summary

The procurement process, initiated by Peterborough City Council, is a Soft Market Test for a Dynamic Purchasing System aimed at Early Intervention and Prevention services within the health and social work sector. This planned tender, classified under CPV code 85000000, seeks to enhance service delivery across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. A Virtual Supplier Event is scheduled for 7th October 2021 at 2pm, with interested providers required to register by noon on 4th October 2021. This engagement offers an opportunity to learn about the procurement approach, timelines, and the requirements to join the Dynamic Purchasing System.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in health and social care services, particularly those involved in community support, information and advice, and hospital discharge services. Companies capable of delivering innovative prevention strategies aligned with the Care Act 2014 could find this procurement process advantageous. Engaging with the council during the virtual event will allow potential suppliers to understand the needs of the contracting authority and position themselves effectively for future contracts, fostering growth and collaboration in the public procurement market.
