Package 1 - Station Approach Creation of a new arrival experience at Stafford Station with high quality mix-mode public realm gateway offering connectivity between the newly quietened Station Road, into Victoria Park and onwards into the Town Centre, encouraging pedestrian and cycle routes. Package 2 - Market Square Redevelopment of Market Square to create a high quality, multi-functional urban public realm space in the heart of the town centre suitable for use for a range of events and by visitors. It is critical that the space is flexible for a variety of uses and has the infrastructure necessary to support this.
