Adult Social Care's Vision (2020) is to enable citizens to live independently within their own homes and communities. Neighbourhood Networks Schemes (NNS) are therefore designed to enable engagement with and investment in community assets. The schemes are Constituency based networks which are aligned to individual community social work teams.
