## Summary

The procurement process conducted by Warwick District Council involves an Invitation to Tender for a development opportunity located north of Gallows Hill, CV34 6SJ, in Warwick District. This initiative, classified under site-development work with a maximum estimated value of £6.3 million, seeks a developer to construct a new community stadium alongside additional commercial developments. Currently at the active procurement stage, the tender follows a selective procurement method using a Competitive Dialogue procedure. The submission deadline for initial tenders was set for 7 October 2021, while invitations for subsequent dialogue stages are ongoing, including a potential final bidding phase following the evaluation of shortlisted candidates.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for construction and development companies, particularly those experienced in large-scale community projects, as it encompasses both the construction of public infrastructure and related commercial ventures. Businesses that excel in providing infrastructure services, and have a proven track record in collaboration with local authorities will find themselves well-suited to participate. Additionally, firms with innovative approaches to community development and sustainable building practices will be particularly attractive to Warwick District Council as they seek to fulfil the project’s goals effectively.
