### Procurement Information

Due to the impending expiry of the current SEPSNSA contract within Surrey & Sussex, there are a number of 3rd party solutions currently contracted through BTplc which will require on-going support post September 2021. Both Surrey and Sussex have Red Box Voice Recording Solution, which require continued support for a minimum 1-year period pending further decision around what on-going provisions can be made through Joint Unified Communications and Telephony Programme contract, currently being implemented through Vodafone. Red Box confirm they do not provide for reseller discounts, which has been borne out through experience within other Force, Norfolk who ran reseller mini-competition but proved no pricing advantage to going direct via Red Box.
