## Summary

The North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC), acting through Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Minor Works, Trades, and Associated Services to support both the NHS and other public sector organisations across the UK. This DPS, titled "NOE CPC Minor Works, Trades & Associated Services DPS," falls within the industry category of construction work (CPV code 45000000). The procurement process utilised the selective method under a restricted procedure and is currently in the tender update stage. The DPS commenced on 21 October 2021, reopened on 1 December 2021, and is scheduled to remain open until its revised concluding date of 23 February 2029. There is no limit on the number of providers that can be admitted to this DPS, and it allows for the awarding of individual contracts of up to £5,000,000 for various locations within the UK and its crown dependencies.

This tender offers substantial opportunities for business growth, particularly for construction-related enterprises, including SMEs and large companies. With no cap on the number of suppliers, a broad spectrum of businesses can participate, providing services such as building construction, demolition, maintenance, and installation work. The arrangement can be highly beneficial for businesses seeking to establish long-term engagements with public sector organisations, including NHS trusts and other healthcare-related entities. Specific awarded suppliers as of the most recent updates include Tilbury Douglas Construction Limited, Floway Mechanical Solutions Ltd, and Safeflow Ventilation Ltd, among others. These businesses stand to gain considerable work under this framework, enhancing their portfolios and expanding their market presence. Companies specialising in sectors such as mechanical, electrical services, and solar installations are especially well-suited to gain from this DPS.
