The Department is interested in engaging with the emerging market prior to the publication of a contract notice to find innovative neutralising antibody COVID-19 therapies that could inform the specification of requirements, conditions of contract and commercial model. Department welcomes discussions with interested parties on areas provision of a value for money solution for the UK tax payer;creating mechanisms for money solution for the UK tax payer; creating mechanisms (including but not limited to agreements) to secure long-term, guaranteed supply contracts with 'step-in' rights in future pandemics
