## Notice

Cumbria County Council (hereafter referred to as the Authority) is committed to continue to improve services for children and young people with the ambition of achieving positive outcomes for all young people. The Authority has a statutory duty to provide Short Breaks for children with disabilities and is therefore commissioning a 'Targeted Short Breaks Activities Service' to deliver Short Breaks to eligible children and young people.

Weekly clubs such as sport, craft and Activity clubs for young people to meet and socialise.

Renewal: with the option for 2 extensions up to a maximum of 12 months each
