The successful Supplier will be required to provide catering services for St Michael's Church of England High School. Contract value approx. PS1,056,000 (3 years) The contract is for the delivery of catering services commencing 1st April 2022 for an initial period of three years with the option to extend for a further two years. St Michael's Church of England High School is a school of 1137 11-16-year-old pupils situated in Chorley, Lancashire. The school has a main kitchen and dining area and a separate small kitchen and modern cafe area (Glasshouse), currently catering for year 11 pupils. There is also an external hatch from the main kitchen and a container that has provided a jacket potato offer in the past. This is a school with high standards and the same high standards are expected from the catering provider. The emphasis is on pupils sitting down to eat a meal with a knife and fork rather than a grab and go culture with strong emphasis on a balanced diet and a sociable dining experience.
