## Summary

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership is initiating a tender process for the development and commissioning of Regional Treatment Centres (RTC) aimed at enhancing planned care health services in North Wales. The tender is currently in the planning stage, with an expression of interest document available for completion and submission by 12pm on Friday, 15th October 2021. This initiative is classified under health services and aims to deliver a broad range of treatments, diagnostics, and outpatient services, with the specific delivery locations yet to be determined. The contracting authority is seeking insights from the market to inform the final structure of the services and potential bids.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses in the health sector, particularly those specialising in construction, medical equipment, and health service provision. Companies involved in providing clinical services, diagnostic technologies, and construction services for healthcare facilities would be well-suited to compete. The flexibility in planning indicates that innovative approaches and comprehensive service offerings will be valued, making this an appealing opportunity for firms looking to expand their footprint in the public health sector.
