The service will provide young people with the skills required to enable them to live independently, and move-on to appropriate accommodation. The service will work with Islington Council, the private sector and partner agencies to identify appropriate move-on accommodation, with a move-on plan completed with the young person at the start of their tenancy. Additional information: This contract is not being split into lots. The council is looking for a single coherent service.

Renewal: The contract period will be for 24 months from an estimated start date 1 April 2022 with an option to extend up to a further 12 +12 months.
