Additional development at Chamberhall includes high quality buildings for the Government Chemist (LGC), a GM Fire and Rescue Community Fire Station and the GM Police Bury Divisional Headquarters. The Council is now seeking to select a developer for the remaining development land, known as Phase Two, in order to facilitate the construction of new high-quality employment floorspace.
