Guinness wishes to enter into a contract for an initial term of five years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years. Our requirements are divided into six lots, Lots 1 -- 3 are for the servicing, repairs and potential installations in domestic properties and Lots 4 -- 6 are for the servicing, repairs and potential installations of communal heating. Lots 4 -- 6 also include the servicing and repairs of boosted water pumps. ### Lot Information Domestic Gas Service, Repair and Installation: North The requirements comprise all servicing and repair services to gas appliances within 19,309 domestic properties in the North and may include installation of new boilers. The number of properties may increase or decrease during the term of the contract. No guarantees are given on the volume of services that may be required during the contract. Options: The contract will be managed through Key Performance Indicators. In the event of a supplier performance failure, a supplier in another Lot may have its contract scope extended to include the Lot in which the failure occurred. This may be transferred wholly into another lot or divided amongst the other lots depending on supplier capacity, price and performance. Domestic Gas Service, Repair and Installation: South East The requirements comprise all servicing and repair services to gas appliances within 15 393 domestic properties in the South East and may include installation of new boilers. The number of properties may increase or decrease during the term of the contract. No guarantees are given on the volume of services that may be required during the contract. Domestic Gas Service, Repair and Installation: South West The requirements comprise all servicing and repair services to gas appliances within 6 423 domestic properties in the South West and may include installation of new boilers. Communal Heating Systems Service, Repair and Installation: North The requirements comprise all servicing and repair services to heating systems within 131 communal plant rooms and associated properties in the North and may include installation of new systems.
