It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 31/12/2021 and will run for an initial period of 48 months making the expiry date 31/12/2025. The contract will have an option to extend by 3 x 12 month extension at the sole discretion of the Council making the latest possible expiry date 31/12/2028 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance). Bidders should be aware that the mobilisation and implementation of its proposed platform must begin once formal award has been received from the Council.
