The provider will work in partnership with the Council and its Managing Agents to establish a new scrutiny process to be imbedded into existing governance structures, recruit and support tenants and leaseholders to facilitate the scrutiny process and increase the number of tenants engaged in strategic consultation. The aim of the service is to enable tenants to influence, challenge and scrutinise performance and policy to improve service quality and outcomes for all.
