The aim of the service is to promote a strength-based approach, including assisting the service user and their families to find technology solutions to help them remain in their own homes for as long as possible, whilst also supporting them to access the community, work and leisure. The service will support adults of all ages, Transitions, Children with Disability Services and those with Physical, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
