The aim of the SCC Community Pharmacy Public Health Services provision is to improve the health of Surrey residents and reduce health inequalities by providing pharmacy services that are tailored to local health needs and improve outcomes of residents in their communities. An award has been made following direct award process A The lifetime value of the contract is estimated at PS2,100,00.00 The dates between which the contract provides for the services is as follows Extension Start date 1st April 2025 End Date: 31st March 2028

Renewal: The initial term of the contract will run for 3 years (1 April 2022 - 31 March 2025) with an option to extend for an additional 4 years (2+2 years, subject to review) ending 31 March 2029.
