CRM licenses to extend the relationship based upon the amount of resources used to implement this large scale solution. Riverside are to use the platform for a further period before going to the market for a full solution.

### Procurement Information

Due to this supplier not being on any frameworks, and our requirement to further utilise our installation and make best use of the resources employed to bring this solution up to its current level of maturity, we made an award directly with the supplier. The supplier is no longer on any frameworks - including GCloud to enable a direct award. We are not in a position due to the complexity of the solution to go to market yet, however the intention is to go to market for the full solution at the end of this agreement.
