## Summary

Oxfordshire County Council is conducting a tender for the "LWAH ECH Clusters 1 and 2" procurement, classified under the health and social work services industry category. The process aims to establish a Dynamic Framework Agreement (DFA) for Living Well At Home Services, with contracts starting in January 2022 and an initial term of three years, extendable for a further three years. The tender is currently active and is being executed under the open procedure, with bids closing on 12 November 2021.

This procurement represents significant growth opportunities for businesses specialising in home care and social services, particularly those offering Extra Care Housing solutions. Companies capable of delivering innovative and quality care services are well-positioned to compete, with potential contract values ranging from £5.2 million to £7.2 million per lot. Participation in such a Dynamic Framework Agreement could foster long-term partnerships and steady demand in the sector.
