## Summary

The Hampshire County Council is in the planning stage of a procurement process for the Mental Health Wellbeing Centres, which fall under the health and social work services category. This tender process is aimed at establishing buildings-based services accessible to individuals with mental health issues in Hampshire, excluding Southampton, Portsmouth, and the Isle of Wight. The questionnaire for this procurement must be submitted by 2pm on 12th November 2021, and all parties interested in being involved can access the questionnaire through the County Council's e-tendering portal, In-Tend. Key outcomes for these services include promoting independence and supporting physical wellbeing.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses focused on health and social services, particularly those with experience in mental health support. Companies that provide services aligned with the objectives of Wellbeing Centres—such as early intervention, advice for carers, and partnership initiatives—would be especially well-suited to compete. Engaging with Hampshire County Council through the questionnaire can also provide valuable insights into the requirements and expectations for future tenders in this sector.
