The Councils are seeking to engage a Provider to deliver a care and support service to service users/residents at the designated Extra Care Schemes. A contract will be awarded for each lot with one (1) Provider to be appointed for each lot. Additional information: Access code Tender box/ITT: 3E75323325. The estimated value at II.2.6 is over the lifetime of the Contract which includes the option available to the Council to extend the contract term by two further periods of two years each. The contract duration at II.2.7 includes the option which is available to the Council to extend the Contract by two further periods of two years each.
