It should be a central hub there to support everyone, irrespective of where they might be on their journey.

Renewal: Option to extend for up to a further two years.

Local Dementia Support Group Services

The purpose of the local dementia support groups is to provide people with access to local support that meets their particular needs. The range of opportunities provided needs to ensure that a wide range of customer needs are met. This should include gender-based approaches, young onset provision, support for people of working age and those living alone. This list is not exhaustive, and Providers will be expected to change and adapt to reach new and emerging need.
