This requirement is for a 2-year contract to commence in October 2021 for the supply of shared flexible corporate bundle that supports Voice, Data and Texts based on 2.5TB for an average of 700 mobile connectivity a month.

### Procurement Information

At the present time it is technically unviable to switch suppliers without considerable business continuity issues at a time when the agency is faced with considerable pressures generated by a significant backlog of work caused by the Pandemic and industrial action. As a consequence of this situation, the request is to utilise the following: 32 (5) (b) for additional deliveries by the original supplier which are intended either as a partial replacement of supplies or installations or as the extension of existing supplies or installations where a change of supplier would oblige the contracting authority to acquire supplies having different technical characteristics which would result in incompatibility or disproportionate technical difficulties in operation and maintenance;
