The requirement is split into two distinct parts and has been separated into 5 contracted Lots, ### Lot Information Provision of Temporary Accommodation Services Howbury Hostel is a 12 bed multi-occupancy accommodation for families that have made application to the Council for temporary accommodation. Renewal: Option to extend by a further period or periods of up to 24 months Provision of Temporary Accommodation Services Betsham is a 10 bed multi-occupancy accommodation for families that have made application to the Council for temporary accommodation Renewal: Option to extend by a further period or periods of up to 24 months Provision of Temporary Accommodation Services This requirement is for up to 760 various sized units of rented accommodation to be provided and managed by one or more of provider(s)s through a series of 'block' contracts. Renewal: Option to extend by a further period or periods of up to 24 months Provision of Temporary Accommodation Services This framework is for the provision and management of rented accommodation required in addition to the Council's 'block' arrangement (above). This extra accommodation will be purchased on a nightly acquired, 'spot' basis. The proportion and number of properties required will vary based on requirements.
