## Summary

The London Borough of Bexley has awarded a contract for the Provision of Temporary Accommodation Services to Spire Housing LTD. Howbury Hostel is a 12 bed multi-occupancy accommodation for families that have made application to the Council for temporary accommodation.

Renewal: Option to extend by a further period or periods of up to 24 months

Provision of Temporary Accommodation Services

Betsham is a 10 bed multi-occupancy accommodation for families that have made application to the Council for temporary accommodation

Renewal: Option to extend by a further period or periods of up to 24 months

Provision of Temporary Accommodation Services

This requirement is for up to 760 various sized units of rented accommodation to be provided and managed by one or more of provider(s)s through a series of 'block' contracts.

Provision of Temporary Accommodation Services

This framework is for the provision and management of rented accommodation required in addition to the Council's 'block' arrangement (above). This extra accommodation will be purchased on a nightly acquired, 'spot' basis. The proportion and number of properties required will vary based on requirements.

Lesnes (Peabody HA Properties) are a number of different sized accommodation units (owned by Peabody Housing Association) that the Council is putting to use as accommodation for those that have been accepted as homeless
