Belfast Metropolitan College (Belfast Met) wishes to appoint an advertising agency to provide advertising in the form of media planning and related services (production and research for strategy) to promote its Further Education, Higher Education Full Time and Part Time provision in order to recruit prospective students and employer recruitment campaigns. Additional information: The figure in II.1.7 is a maximum estimated contract value. No guarantee is given as to the value of work to be placed throughout the lifetime of this contract.

Options: After the initial contract period, there are 2 options to extend for 1 year each. Provisional timetable for recourse to the options: 8 months from the award of the contract.

Renewal: This Contract is expected to commence in November 2021 for an initial period until 31 July 2022 with the option to extend for two further one year periods, dependent on internal approvals.
