We are looking for two services of around 25-30 each units for young men and women, offering medium to high support with 24 hour staff cover (sleep-in or waking cover). (max budget up to PS2,952,170 equating to 2a PS1,573,020 2b PS1,379,150) 3. 14 units in a scheme based or core and cluster setting offering medium to high support with 24hour sleep-in cover for young women, some of whom will have babies/toddlers. (max budget up to PS800,000) 4. Up to 15 units in a scheme based or core and cluster setting offering medium to high support with 24 hour sleep-in cover for young women who have experienced sexual abuse. Some of the young women will have babies/young children (max budget up to PS774,345) The landlord must be a suitably experienced Registered Housing Provider (RP) and the accommodation must be in Sheffield. Accommodation may be shared, must be of good quality, with communal space and office space on site or within walking distance. Accommodation needs to be available from the start of the contracts (January 2022) to completion (30 November 2026).
