As the DPS Agreement will be "pseudo DPS", it will look and feel similar to a DPS agreement set up under Regulation 34 of the PCR. This means that the Authority envisages the DPS will re-open (6) six months after the DPS start date (May 2021) and then at (12) twelve month intervals (or at other intervals at the Authority's discretion) for new providers to apply or previously unsuccessful providers to re-apply subject to the terms and conditions of the Framework and evaluation process. Tenders are therefore invited from suitably experienced providers who can demonstrate knowledge and experience in the provision of Early Intervention and Prevention across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
