The required service is currently provided by Pendragon through Perspective, their legal and regulatory information service for the UK pensions industry. The contract will be for a period of 3 years.

### Procurement Information

DOH will rely on regulation.32 2 b ii and iii due to technical reasons as Pendragon own exclusive rights to the Perspective pensions legislative database and would not permit any other supplier to access or support/maintain it. In addition the database allows DoH NI to remain in parity with other UK jurisdictions currently utilising the database.
