## Summary

The Corporate Officer of the House of Lords and the Corporate Officer of the House of Commons is seeking tenders for the "GSV2325 - Vision, Sound and AV" project, which falls under the television and radio broadcast transmission services category. This procurement aims to secure a contractor capable of delivering high-quality audio-visual services within the Parliamentary Estate, ensuring both traditional broadcasters and online media have access to essential coverage. The tender period is open until 29th November 2021, and the anticipated contract value is estimated at £13 million, with a contract duration of 5 years, commencing in April 2022. Interested suppliers should be prepared to upload tender submissions through the UK Parliament's e-procurement portal, as electronic responses via email will not be accepted.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialised in broadcast services and audio-visual technology operations. Companies with a proven track record in managing video and audio systems, particularly in a parliamentary or formal setting, would be well-positioned to compete. The tender requires candidates to demonstrate experience in flexible operational management and high standards of service delivery, which includes the setup of complex AV requirements for meetings and events. Businesses that can adapt to changing demands and provide high-quality results in real-time will find this contract especially advantageous.
