The new contract is required to start on 1 October 2022. Based on the current weighted patient list size of 3,849 (as of October 21) the total maximum estimated contract value for the service provision resultant of this procurement will be PS3,538,809.09 over the lifetime of the contract. The contract will run for an initial 5-year period with the option to extend the contract for up to a further 4 years and 6 months (maximum total contract duration 9 years and 6 months). The contract to be entered into will be in accordance with the NHS Standard Alternative Provider Medical Services Contract 2021. ### Lot Information Lot 1 St Thomas Road Surgery is located at the Lister House Building 207 St. Thomas Road, Derby.
