Contigency

Unless requested otherwise, all bidders that are offered a place under Lots 1 - 9 will be added to Lot 10 - Contingency Lot. Where there is work that cannot be completed by 1st - 4th ranked contractors (Lots 1 - 8) or 1st & 2nd ranked contractors (Lot 9), or is particularly time sensitive, it will be offered under Lot 10 - Contingency Lot to all contractors via mini-competition.
