## Summary

The NHS North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (NELCCG) is conducting a procurement process for the "North East Lincolnshire Supported Living Plus Service," focused on providing specialist accommodation and support services for individuals with complex needs. The procurement is currently in the award stage, with an active contract valued at £2,819,281.92, which was signed on 19th April 2022. The initial contract period begins on 1st January 2023 and extends until 31st December 2025, with a potential two-year extension subject to mutual agreement and satisfactory performance. The primary industry category is social work services with accommodation, and the contract is located in Grimsby, United Kingdom.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for service providers specialising in supported living, social care, and accommodation for individuals with complex needs. Businesses with experience in multi-agency care planning, as well as those offering innovative housing solutions, could be well-suited to compete. Given the holistic approach required for this service, companies that demonstrate expertise in collaboration with health care providers and local councils will likely find a competitive edge. Engaging with the NELCCG's tendering process can facilitate business growth in the health and social care sectors.

## Notice

North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (NELCCG) wishes to develop a supported living plus service which will offer specialist accommodation and support to those with complex needs and behaviours and will support the achievement of individual outcomes to gain independence and skills to live in the least restrictive environment possible for them. The vision is to work closely with a specialist support provider, a housing provider, developer and CCG partners to design an effective and efficient service model and accommodation that meets the requirements within the specification. There will be a requirement as part of the extended implementation stage to support the design phase to impart specialist knowledge and experience of supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge to strengthen the initial concept. The Contract will be initially set from 1st January 2023 till 31st December 2025 with the possibility of extending the term beyond the initial contracted duration by up to 2 [two] years with mutual agreement from the Provider and NELCCG. This would be dependent on successful achievement of contract outcomes and funding available to support the contract from commissioners.
