### Procurement Information

The Contracting Authority has assessed that the extension can be awarded without a new procurement procedure in accordance with Regulation 72 (c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The services relevant to this Contract Award Notice were subject to two previous attempts to procure a new service which were not awarded following challenges to the process brought by unsuccessful bidders. This has necessitated a further contract extension to the contract for existing service whilst a third procurement procedure is prepared. The new procedure will be advertised in accordance with the regulations.
