## Summary

The procurement process is led by Anglia Ruskin University Higher Education Corporation, which is seeking bids for the contract titled "T21/12_Provision of AV Streaming Services for Graduations." This tender falls under the services industry, specifically in the event services category (CPV code: 79952000) and is set to take place across three locations: Peterborough, Chelmsford, and Cambridge. Currently, the contract is in the award stage, with the most recent activity recorded on 6th June 2022 and the contract value estimated at £606,215. The services are expected to facilitate live streaming of graduation ceremonies and ensure availability for global viewing, with an option to extend for two additional 12-month periods after the initial term.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in audio-visual services, particularly those qualified to deliver live streaming and broadcasting solutions. Companies that provide professional video production, technical support, and AV equipment, along with those with experience in large-scale live events, will find themselves well-positioned to compete. As the procurement requires comprehensive services including equipment supply and a team of technicians, firms offering integrated solutions will likely have an advantage in this competitive selection process.
