## Summary

The Welsh Government is managing the procurement process for the Sanctuary Seekers Support Service, part of the Inclusion Services Wales programme. This initiative aims to offer comprehensive support to individuals seeking sanctuary across Wales, addressing various needs such as legal advice, support for children and young people, and advocacy for women and LGBTQ+ individuals. The procurement falls under the services category with the CPV classification "Provision of services to the community" (CPV: 75200000). The procurement process has reached the contract update stage, and the service contract was awarded to the Welsh Refugee Council, with modifications adding about GBP 10,000 to the original contract value, totalling approximately GBP 3,154,000. The service is set to be delivered over a period of 1800 days from its contract signing date on 24 January 2022, covering the entire Welsh region (UKL). The procurement method used was an open procedure.

This tender provides significant opportunities for businesses involved in community support services, legal advisory for forced migrants, and social integration programmes. Organisations specialised in advocacy, legal services, and community outreach can find potential for collaboration or partnership growth within the scope of this extensive national support programme. The project is designed to foster better community integration, enhance service accessibility regardless of location or digital connectivity, and offer robust support to vulnerable groups. Successful bidders would benefit from contributing to high-impact social outcomes while potentially securing long-term contractual arrangements in a well-defined project managed by the Welsh Government.
